Students
These sessions are aimed at student with significant challenges in reading, writing, and/or math. Students may or may not have a formally diagnosed learning disability. Ideal for students in grades PreK-5th. Close collaboration with parents, school teachers, and other service providers is highly encouraged.

Program
Every lesson is meticulously planned to meet the individual’s greatest area of learning need. Science of Reading and research-backed methodologies, including UFLI, Orton Gillingham, Wilson, Reading Simplified, Making Math Real, and Math-U-See, are utilized as appropriate for the student. Instruction is multi-sensory, systematic, and structured.

Session Details
This 1:1 program is completely individualized to meet the unique needs of each student. Thorough intake assessments are carried out to ascertain the student’s starting point and greatest areas of need. Lessons may incorporate a range of activities or elements based on an understanding of a child’s learning style and preference. All 1:1 sessions are 45 minutes. It is recommended that students receive 2 sessions per week initially until progress is established.
